The guarantee
Every order is covered for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us and choose a full refund or a free replacement.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and a short note about what went wrong (photos help for damaged items).
- We'll respond within 24 hours on business days with next steps.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Conditions
- Items should be in reasonable condition — normal use is fine, we just can't accept items damaged through misuse.
- For hygiene reasons, opened shampoo bottles are refunded without needing to be returned.
- Return requests made after 30 days from delivery are handled case-by-case — reach out and we'll do our best.
