Free tracked shipping on all US orders. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Timeline

• Processing: 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
• Delivery: typically 7–15 days across the continental US.
• Tracking: emailed to you automatically the moment your order ships.

A note on tracking

Tracking updates can occasionally pause for 2–3 days while your package moves between carrier facilities — this is normal and doesn't mean it's lost. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 days, contact us and we'll chase it down for you.

Wrong address?

If you notice an address mistake, reach out immediately with your order number. We can correct it any time before the order ships.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something's missing, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you — whichever you prefer.
