1. Our products

Pawb sells pet grooming tools and care products intended for home use on dogs and cats. Always follow the usage instructions included with each product, introduce new tools to your pet gradually, and supervise use. Our products and content are not a substitute for veterinary advice — if your pet has a skin condition, injury, or unusual reaction, consult a veterinarian.

2. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — if that ever happens, we'll notify you and refund you in full. All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never store your full card details.

3. Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns & refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. See our Return Policy for how it works. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Accurate information

You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact details. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

All content on this site — including the Pawb name, logo, product descriptions, and images — belongs to Pawb and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawb's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
